Only a few minutes from central Västerås, you can find Skerike Golfklubb. Despite the close proximity of the city, this facility is completely separate from all stress and noise. In a peaceful and beautiful environment, surrounded by woodland, Skerike's 18-hole course stretches far and wide with its open fairways and lush greens. The course, which is 5725m from yellow tee and has par 72, is slightly varying in altitude, with occational strewn out hills, and contains a fair amount of obstacles that will challenge even the more experienced golfers. There is also a 9-hole pay-and-play course (1500m, par 31) where those who want a relaxing half-day alternative can enjoy high quality golf games. The club also owns a restaurant, as well as cabins for those looking to stay the night.
