How can I book a tee time?
You can only book tee times on golf courses connected to the platform. Check the map, available golf courses are in green… From the search bar on the right of the page, choose your region, date and time, choose your golf course and…book ! From the best deals tab, choose the best offer and…book ! From the golf course guide, search for a description sheet and click on « Booking », on the right top of the page.
How can I make a group booking?
Mygreenfee.com is a website for individuals only. If you want to play with other people, you can book several greenfees and make only one payment. But if you plan to be a big group, you should talk directly to the golf club.
In case of bad weather or if the course is impracticable, can my greenfee be refunded ?
Mygreenfee.com is only an authorised representative of its golf club partners. Our partners determine refund terms in their company rules and regulations.
Which booking criteria does Mygreenfee.com offer ?

You have multiple booking criteria. We chose them in order to help you make a fast and easy decision : Choice by region or province / Close to the cities / Price / Time of the booking (book early or last minute) / Players' comments / Facilities / Equipment…

Do I need an Handicap (Hcp) to book a tee time?
In most cases this is not a requirement. Check the information recorded at the top to the Club Tee Sheet before booking or contact the club directly if you want to be sure about this before playing.
Can I postpone a tee time?
As soon as your tee time is booked and payed online, it is incorporated into the golf club's booking system. We advise you to check with the golf club to find a solution.
How do I know that my payment is secured?
Mygreenfee.com uses Mangopay - Arkea - Crédit Mutuel solutions. Mangopay is a European licensed e-money issuer for secure payment online.
Why do I need to create an account?
Your account helps us manage your personal data, save your favorite courses, and create your booking history and get authorization to proceed to payment.
How can I make a comment on a specific golf course?
Create an account and click on "My comments".
How can I change my personal data?
Click on "My Account" and then on "My personal info"
How can I select my favorite courses?
Click on "Search Golf Clubs", then "List View" and check "add to my favorite golf course list". You can also check "add to my favorite golf course list" directly on every course description page.
How can I make a research only within my favorite golf course list?
First check your favorite courses in "Search golf Clubs" as explained in the previous FAQ, then make a multi-criteria research and check "Search within my favorite golf courses"
How can I change my country / region ?
Click on "select your country" on the top left of your screen and choose a new country directly on the map. Once the country map is displayed, you can choose your region. OR, on this same home page, you can choose a region in the list beneath the map. OR, select a region on the fast search banner.
How can I know my booking has been confirmed?
You will receive an email from Mygreenfee.com confirming your booking (tee time hour, number of players, price, golf course).
How do I change my password ?
Without being connected to you Mygreenfee.com account, go to the Login page and select "I forgot my password". You will receive an email with a link. Click on it and you will be able to change your password.
I got the date wrong, how can I do that?

You must contact the golf course directly to change your play date.

 

If the price of the new date of play is higher, you agree to pay the difference at the reception of the Golf.

If the price of the new game date is lower, there is no refund of the difference.
