GOLF DESCRIPTION
Halfway between the historic center of Montpellier and a very picturesque hinterland, the 27-hole Golf Resort Montpellier Fontcaude is typical of the Montpellier region's countryside. The international 18-hole course, Par 72, measuring 6,098 meters, was designed by Chris Pittman, a New Zealand architect, in 1991. The layout at Golf Resort Montpellier Fontcaude is varied, with notable elevation changes and doglegs winding through a landscape of pine trees and garrigues (Mediterranean scrubland). The 9-hole "Executive" course at Golf Resort Montpellier Fontcaude, Par 28, measures 1,130 meters.
