GOLF DESCRIPTION
In Andalusia, La Estancia Golf, this new golf course is located in Chiclana, just 2.7 kilometres from the beach and the Meliá Sancti Petri Hotel. It is located between 14 and 28 meters above sea level and has an area of about 82 hectares. Designed by Dutch architect Alan Rijks, the Estancia Golf is reminiscent of old links, such as St. Andrew’s. The golf course at La Estancia Golf is rather flat and easy to navigate, although some recent course movements have contributed to greater sinuosity. There is also a wide variety of birds, varied flora, centuries-old olive trees newly planted with holm oaks and pine trees that decorate the grounds.
